Over the years, we have provided Mergers & Acquisition services to many different companies from many sub-sectors across four continents. We now feel the time is right to extend our technology focus and regional reach with highly qualified,
experienced executives who have owned and managed businesses themselves.
In support of this strategy, we are welcoming some new members to our senior executive team. The addition of their broad industry experience and market insights will offer greater support and geographic coverage for our clients.
Vincent Ehrström, SVP, France
Vincent joins Boss Equity with 25+ years of experience, leading and advising senior executives and holding senior executive positions himself, in mid-sized software vendors, both in France and globally. 
Background of Success in Building Software Tech Companies
Vincent’s background is in marketing software products from overseas vendors in France, including establishing the French subsidiary of international software vendor, ReadSoft, where his company became the biggest net contributor of all the subsidiaries in the group for several years. Having established ReadSoft in France, Vincent was asked to reinvigorate its Australian subsidiary, leading the Australian team to success, selling to large multi-national clients, building cross-border sales and project organizations to deliver multi-million dollar Purchase-to-Pay solutions.
International Experience
After 4 years in Oceania, Vincent moved to Sweden as Vice President of Business Development, chairing 5 subsidiaries and responsible for expanding the presence of ReadSoft in Asia and the Benelux.
Back in France, Vincent held positions advising smaller vendors on their growth planning; he then joined Itesoft, a listed French software vendor in the Document Capture and BPM space, as Vice President of Product Marketing.

Vincent has very strong analytical and people skills, coupled with the ability to help leaders see new opportunities, think ‘outside the box’ and develop their businesses in ways that create true and lasting value for customers and shareholders. He has had exceptional international exposure and has enjoyed great success in all his senior executive roles, spanning product/service marketing, international expansion through recruitment of leadership teams in the Software industry.
