SAP SE and NTT extend their partnership
Tokyo and Walldorf - SAP SE and Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation have announced a partnership enhancement in co-innovation, global partnership and global reference. Nuxeo Lands $20M From Goldman Sachs in Latest Funding Round
Open source enterprise content management (ECM) developer Nuxeo, has announced it has closed a $20 million funding round led by Goldman Sachs Private Capital Investing. This is in addition to the $10 million investment from Kennet Partners announced in June, which brings the total raised this year to $30 million. Since its founding in 2000, New York City-based Nuxeo has raised just under $40 million in six rounds from three named investors. “Today’s enterprises face increasing content and digital asset management challenges, especially when it comes to the increasing complexity, volume and diversity of digital content and its delivery channels,” said CEO Eric Barroca. “With this additional investment from Goldman Sachs we will further accelerate our technical leadership while fortifying our global sales, support and marketing operations to capitalize on this significant market opportunity." Apigee enters definitive agreement to be acquired by Google for $625 million

Acquisitions boost first-half profits at Restore plc
Restore Plc announced that its acquisitions of both PHS and Wincanton Records Management helped increase half-year revenue, profits and dividends. Revenue increased by 26% to £55.4million and net debt dropped to £29.3mln from £30.4mln a year ago.
