Cision® Acquires TrendKite, Extending Its Leadership in Measurement & Attribution

Chicago -23rd January 2019 - Cision has announced it has acquired Digital PR platform provider, TrendKite. Based in Austin, Texas, TrendKite harnesses artificial intelligence and analytics to help brands understand the effect communications programs have on corporate reputation, website traffic and business outcomes. TrendKite is led by CEO Erik Huddleston, an industry veteran with a stellar track record solving CMOs' most challenging problems through innovative technology. Erik will become President of Cision following the transaction. The Digital PR platform will continue to be offered as a stand-alone application. Chicago-Based Global Software Company Vistex Raises up to $105 Million Investment from Silicon Valley PE Firm Accel-KKR
Hoffman Estates, Illinois – 23rd January 2019 - Chicago-based global software company Vistex Inc. has announced that the company received a minority equity investment of an initial $65 million, and up to an additional $40 million, for future strategic acquisitions from Accel-KKR (AKKR), a technology-focused private equity firm. “This is the first equity capital raise in the history of the company. Cedacri acquires OASI from Nexi

Milan, Italy - 22nd January 2019 - Cedacri, a company in which FSI recently became a shareholder and joined the traditional bank partners, and Nexi announce the signing of an agreement for the acquisition of 100% of OASI S.p.A. (Outsourcing Applicativo e Servizi Innovativi) by Cedacri. OASI provides software and integrated IT solutions for anti-money laundering and supervisory reporting used by banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions.

The deal will allow Cedacri, through the integration of OASI's solutions, to further strengthen its leadership in the software and IT services market for financial institutions, as well as to continue its growth path. The agreement establishes that, at the effective date of the transaction, Cedacri will recognize Nexi a fee based on an Enterprise Value of €151 million. The transaction closing is expected in February, following the completion of some formalities provided for in the agreement.

BigChange accelerates scale-up plans with two acquisitions
