Talend to be Acquired by Thoma Bravo in a $2.4 Billion Transaction
San Francisco, California, Redwood City California and Suresnes, France – 10th March 2021 - Data integration and integrity company, Talend, has announced that it has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Thoma Bravo, a private equity investment firm focused on the software and technology-enabled services sectors, under which Thoma Bravo intends to commence a tender offer to acquire all of the outstanding ordinary shares and American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”) of Talend, for $66.00 per ordinary share and ADS (each ADS representing one ordinary share) in cash. The offer, which values Talend at approximately $2.4 billion, represents a premium of approximately 29% to Talend’s closing price on March 9 and an 81% premium to the volume weighted average price over the last twelve months. The Talend Board of Directors unanimously approved the memorandum of understanding. Subject to and upon completion of the transaction, Talend would become a private company and continue investing in its cloud transition as well as products and solutions that serve the evolving data needs of its customers.

DocuPhase Strengthens Product Offerings By Acquiring Treeno Software
Clearwater, Florida – 8th MARCH 2021 - DocuPhase LLC, a Florida-based low-code/no-code accounts payable (AP) and business process automation software company serving enterprise organizations, has acquired New Hampshire based company Treeno Software, a Document Management and Workflow Automation software provider serving the small to middle market. Through this acquisition, DocuPhase and Treeno combined will provide organizations of all sizes with incremental automation capabilities, support, and services. Wipro Acquires Global Management & Technology Consultancy Capco for $ 1.45 Billion

MRI Software Acquires WhosOnLocation, Adding Global Workplace Safety and Security Offering

AirBoss to Acquire BlackBox Biometrics®, Developer of Blast Gauge® System
Newmarket, Ontario – 8th March 2021 - AirBoss of America Corporation has announced that its subsidiary AirBoss Defense Group (ADG) has agreed to acquire 100% ownership of BlackBox Biometrics, Inc. (B3), developer of the revolutionary Blast Gauge System of lightweight wearable blast overpressure sensors which have been outfitted on U.S. Special Forces, Army, and SWAT teams across the U.S. AirBoss currently holds a minority interest in B3 and exclusive sales rights of the Blast Gauge System to the U.S. military. This acquisition will allow ADG to offer solutions to help protect people worldwide from exposure to cumulative brain trauma. B3 is a leading technology company focused on preserving health, transforming behavior, and optimizing performance. Its sensor systems monitor, record, and analyze blast and impact events to protect warfighters, first responders, and athletes. Pursuant to the Agreement, ADG will acquire B3 for up to US$27 million, to be satisfied through US$7 million of cash upon closing and up to US$20M in royalties over eight years, based on revenues earned by ADG from B3 products. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close during the second quarter of 2021.

Epic Games Acquires 3D Scan Creation Software Company Capturing Reality
Cary, North Carolina – 9th March 2021 - Epic Games has announced the acquisition of Capturing Reality, a developer of cutting-edge 3D scan creating software. Continuing its efforts to make computer generated images virtually life-like, Epic Games will incorporate Capturing Reality’s photogrammetric software for 3D scans (RealityCapture) into its Unreal brand gaming and technology infrastructure. Marc Petit, General Manager of Unreal Engine, said: "The Capturing Reality team is made up of some of the most impressive experts in the field of photogrammetry. The team has built a powerful solution with RealityCapture, and we're fortunate to have them as part of the Epic Games family." Despite being embroiled in a global anti-trust fight with Apple and now filing legal proceedings against Google, privately held Epic continues to invest heavily in growing the firm, including a new headquarters at the former Cary Towne Center. Terms of the deal with Slovakia-based Capturing Reality, were not disclosed.

OASIS Group Completes Acquisition of DataSpace (UK) Limited
