Navi acquires technology consulting startup MavenHive
Bengaluru, India - 26th December 2019m – Navi Technologies (formerly BAC Acquisitions) has announced that it has completed the acquisition of MavenHive, a Bengaluru-based technology consulting firm, to further its product development initiatives. As part of the transaction, the Mavenhive team and its founders have joined Navi. Founded by Bhavin Javia and Anandha Krishnan, MavenHive consults with companies, converting their ideas into high-quality software. On its website, the start-up already benefits from a well-established tech clientele, including Flipkart, Gojek, Grasshopper, Scripbox, amongst many others. J.D. Power Acquires Trilogy Automotive
Troy, Michigan – 20th December 2019 - J.D. Power, a global data analytics and consumer intelligence company, has announced the acquisition of Trilogy Automotive, the automotive software division of Trilogy Enterprises. Trilogy’s SaaS-based enterprise lead management platform will be integrated into J.D. Medtronic Acquires Klue
Dublin – 17th December 2019 -  Medtronic plc, a global, medical technology specialist, has announced it has completed the acquisition of Klue, a software company focused on behavior tracking that can provide real-time insights into when a person is consuming food. Klue’s technology is expected to be incorporated into the Medtronic Personalized Closed Loop (PCL) insulin pump system, currently in development. The PCL system is designed to automate insulin delivery in a way that is real-time, personalized and adapts to the user, with a goal of dramatically simplifying diabetes management for the patient. In addition, the Klue technology can be leveraged to enhance the company’s market-leading analytics and insights in their smart1 CGM technology to help people using multiple daily injections (MDI) stay ahead of high and low glucose events. By using gesture sensing via activity trackers combined with analytics technology, Klue has developed fine motor artificial intelligence software that can detect meals and provide insights into user eating behaviors.
