EPAM Acquires Ricston Ltd., Expanding Global API Practice and Salesforce Capabilities

Dialpad Acquires Video Conferencing Company Highfive

Roper Technologies Completes $5.3 Billion Acquisition of Vertafore

Gong Acquires Vayo to Enhance its Revenue Intelligence Platform
San Francisco - 1st September 2020 – Gong, the revenue intelligence platform leveraging artificial intelligence to go beyond traditional CRM and transform revenue teams, has announced it has acquired Vayo, an Israel-based start up, specializing in data analytics for sales teams. With the acquisition the entire Vayo team joins Gong, adding firepower to Gong’s award-winning data analytics capabilities. Vayo CEO, Avshi Avital, said: “Gong is the de-facto revenue intelligence platform in the market due to its game changing insights unmatched in the industry, and the Vayo team is thrilled to join forces with the market leader. MRI Software enters into definitive agreement to acquire RentPayment™ business from Priority Technology Holdings, Inc.
Alpharetta, GA and Solon, OH – 1st September 2020 – MRI Software, a global real estate software solutions company, and Priority Technology Holdings, Inc, a provider of merchant acquiring, integrated payment software and commercial payment solutions, have entered into a strategic agreement in real estate payments. Under the terms of the agreement, MRI will acquire Priority’s RentPayment business, which is comprised of the™,™ and™ real estate payment brands. Going forward, Priority will provide ongoing payment infrastructure as a service and processing to the new platform at MRI. Chief Executive Officer of MRI Software, Patrick Ghilani, said: “The convenience and continuity of accepting multiple payment options has never been more essential to the residential real estate sector than in the current global health environment. Cologix completes acquisition of vXchnge data center in Minneapolis
Denver, Colorado – 1st September 2020: Cologix, a network-neutral interconnection, ecosystem and hyperscale edge data center company, has announced the completion of its of vXchnge’s 16,000 square foot data center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The facility, now renamed MIN4, is located in the 511 building along with Cologix’s three other data centers. FirstLight Completes Acquisition of TruePath Technologies

Clayton, Dubilier & Rice to Acquire Epicor Software Corporation from KKR in $4.7 Billion Deal

Motorola Solutions Adds Cloud-Based Mobile Application Capabilities with Acquisition of Callyo
