Microsoft has Acquired ADRM Software
Redmond, WA – 18th June 2020 - Microsoft has acquired ADRM Software, a data analytics firm that builds models for businesses and industry services. Announcing the deal in a blog, Ravi Krishnaswamy, CVP, Azure Global Industry, said: “Data and AI are the foundation of modern technological innovation, yet businesses today struggle to unlock the full value data has to offer as fragmented data estates hinder digital transformation. Without a comprehensive and integrated view of their data, companies are at a competitive disadvantage, which hinders digital adoption and data-driven innovation. Today, we are excited to announce the acquisition of ADRM Software, a leading provider of large-scale industry data models, which are used by large companies worldwide as information blueprints. ADRM’s robust industry data models have been built and refined over decades for business-critical analytics.” Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

MTBC Acquires Meridian Medical Management, a Former GE Healthcare IT Company
Somerset, NJ - 17th June 2020 - MTBC, Inc, a provider of cloud-based healthcare IT solutions and services, has announced the closing of its acquisition of Meridian Medical Management, a former GE Healthcare IT company that delivers advanced healthcare information technology solutions and services to thousands of healthcare providers nationwide. Stephen Snyder, CEO of MTBC, said: “Meridian is our largest acquisition to date. We expect to provide increased revenue guidance as part of our second quarter investors call as a result of this transaction. IBM Acquires Assets from Spanugo
Armonk, New York – 15th June 2020 - IBM has announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Spanugo, a US-based provider of cloud cybersecurity posture management solutions. To further meet the security demands of its clients in highly regulated industries, IBM will integrate Spanugo software into its public cloud. The addition of Spanugo software will help accelerate the availability of a security control center that will enable IBM clients to define compliance profiles, manage controls and, in continuous real time, monitor compliance across their organization. Demandbase Acquires Engagio to Reshape the B2B Martech Industry

Perficient Announces Acquisition of PSL

Accenture Announces Intent to Acquire Sentelis
Paris – 15th June 2020 – Accenture has entered into an agreement to acquire Sentelis, an independent data consulting and engineering company, headquartered in France, that specializes in designing and scaling data and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities. Sentelis would join Accenture Applied Intelligence and complement its focus on helping clients build the right data strategy and foundation to industrialize AI across their businesses. The acquisition will strengthen Accenture’s growing analytics, AI and ML/data engineering business in France. Global growth in AI client engagements has also served as a driver for Accenture’s recent acquisitions of Analytics8 in Australia, Pragsis Bidoop in Spain, Clarity Insights in North America, Mudano in the UK and Byte Prophecy in India.

Net Element to Merge with Electric Vehicle Company Mullen Technologies

Sinch Acquires ACL Mobile Expands to India
Stockholm, Sweden – 15th June 2020 - Sinch AB, a company specialising in cloud communications for mobile customer engagement, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ACL Mobile Limited for a total cash consideration of INR 5,350 million. ACL Mobile is a provider of cloud communications services in India and Southeast Asia. Its platform enables businesses to interact with their customers through multiple channels, including SMS, voice, email, IP messaging and WhatsApp. The company serves more than 500 enterprise customers and is particularly successful in the Banking and Financial Services industry, where ACL’s proprietary Axiom platform offers intelligent routing and granular access controls that specifically caters to the stringent security requirements of demanding financial institutions. The company employs 288 people with headquarters in Delhi and overseas offices in Dubai (UAE) and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia). Calligo acquires Itomic Voice & Data
Dublin & Cork, Ireland - 16th June - Caligo, the world’s first end-to-end managed data services provider, has announced it has acquired Itomic Voice & Data Ltd., a Cork- and Dublin-based IT managed services provider, specialising in delivering IT solutions and maintenance and managed Microsoft 365 and Azure services nationwide. The purchase of Itomic Voice & Data is Calligo’s seventh acquisition in three years and follows January 2020’s acquisition of Dublin-based DC Networks. These two acquisitions combine to make Calligo one of the largest IT managed service providers in Ireland, and the only one to offer data privacy support at the heart of every service.
