MRI Software Enters Agreement to Acquire Manhattan Real Estate and Workplace Solutions from Trimble
Solon, Ohio – 17th February 2021 – Real estate software company, MRI Software, has announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Manhattan, the real estate and workplace solutions division of Trimble, based in Sunnyvale, California. The acquisition will extend the range of MRI’s occupier solutions, providing a broader scope of offerings for commercial property owners, operators and tenants worldwide. Sinch Acquires Inteliquent - Establishes Leadership in US Voice Communications

Palo Alto Networks Announces Intent to Acquire Bridgecrew for $156 Million

Corcentric Acquires B2B Payments Provider Vendorin for $100 Million
Cherry Hill, NJ – 16th February 2021 – Corcentric, a provider of business spend management and revenue management software and services, has announced the acquisition of Vendorin from Juvo Technologies for a purchase price of $100 million. Other financial terms were not disclosed, and the acquisition was financed with cash on hand following Bregal Sagemount’s investment in May 2020. Based out of Hattiesburg, MS, Vendorin is a high growth B2B integrated payments network that makes it easy for buyers to enroll and pay their suppliers via any payment method. Leveraging its proprietary “Inroll” technology, Vendorin has been able to enroll a far larger percent of suppliers than banks or traditional virtual card providers, providing its blue-chip customers with substantially higher revenue, reduced costs, and stronger relationships with suppliers.

Calligo Acquires Decisive Datato Enhance Data Insights Services
Redmond, Washington - 17th February 2021 - Calligo has announced it will acquire Decisive Data, the provider of data analytics, data science and visualization. This is Calligo’s 10th acquisition since it launched in 2012. Furthermore, it’s the company’s fifth during the COVID-19 pandemic. The acquisition will extend Calligo’s US market presence and will increase its data insights capabilities as an MSP. At deal conclusion, Decisive Data and its existing data insights team, will be integrated into Calligo. MedPilot Acquired by Vytalize Health
New Jersey - 17th February 2021 - MedPilot has announced it has been acquired by New Jersey-based Vytalize Health. The company combines a Medicare ACO, a virtual doctor's office and a digital health platform to serve its network of doctors. As part of the acquisition, MedPilot’s 35 employees will move to Vytalize Health and MedPilot’s three founders will join the Vytalize leadership team. Vytalize plans to continue MedPilot's growth trajectory in Cleveland. A joint press release from the companies said the deal will enable Vytalize to "provide a powerful last mile patient loyalty solution to its growing Medicare population." Vytalize was originally a MedPilot customer and from summer 2020, the two companies began researching ways to work together to their mutual benefit. CEO of Vytalize, F aris Ghawi, said in a statement: “As we grew our ACO and began improving our infrastructure for Medicare's direct contracting program, our vertically integrated care system needed a solution for last mile patient loyalty. UAE-headquartered Gibraltar Technologies Acquires Part of Indian Multinational HCL Group

Digital Air Strike Makes Two Acquisitions to Extend Reach in Automotive Advertising
Scottsdale, Arizona – 11th February 2021 – Marketing technology company, Digital Air Strike, has finalized two acquisitions in a move that will round out its service offering for its customers in the automotive space. The first company acquired is LotVantage, a software company that helps dealers list auto, RV and marine inventory on websites such as Craigslist, eBay and Facebook. Orion Signs Agreement to Acquire Romania-based Tellence Technologies
