Kroll Expands Cyber Risk Practice in APAC with Acquisition of RP Digital Security

Synopsys Acquires Tinfoil Security to Expand DAST and Add API Security Testing

Insight Partners to Acquire Veeam for $5 Million

Rockwell Automation to Acquire Avnet to Expand Cybersecurity Expertise

Insight Partners Acquires Armis at a $1.1 Billion Valuation
Palo Alto – 6th January 2020 — Armis, an enterprise IoT security, has announced that it has agreed to be acquired by Insight Partners, a global software investor, respected for its track record of scaling up industry disruptors, to further strengthen its market dominance in unmanaged device security.
