IBM to Acquire Cloud Computing Consultant Taos Mountain

Citrix to Acquire Wrike for $2.25 Billion

Cognizant to Acquire Magenic Technologies, Strengthening Digital Engineering Capabilities

Hillrom Announces Plan to Acquire Bardy Diagnostics, Inc. for $375 Million
Chicago – 19th January 2021 - Hillrom has announced it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Bardy Diagnostics, Inc. (BardyDx), an innovator in digital health and a provider of ambulatory cardiac monitoring technologies. Under the terms of the agreement, Hillrom will purchase BardyDx for a cash consideration of $375 million and future potential payments based on the achievement of certain commercial milestones. Hillrom is also acquiring net operating losses valued at more than $20 million that are expected to result in future tax benefits. TeamViewer Acquires Customer Engagement Innovator Xaleon

Wattpad to be Acquired by South Korean Internet Conglomerate, Naver for $600 Million

Cisco and Acacia Communications Announce Amended Merger Agreement
San Jose, California – 14th January 2021 - Cisco and Acacia Communications have announced an amendment to the definitive merger agreement under which Cisco previously agreed to acquire Acacia. Under the terms of the amended agreement, Cisco would acquire Acacia for $115 per share in cash, or for approximately $4.5 billion on a fully diluted basis, net of cash and marketable securities. Cisco and Acacia expect to complete the acquisition by the end of the first calendar quarter of 2021, subject to closing conditions, including Acacia stockholder approval. Upon completion of the acquisition, CEO Raj Shanmugaraj and Acacia employees will join Cisco's Optics business. Cisco Chairman and CEO, Chuck Robbins said: "I am delighted that Cisco and Acacia have decided to come together in this mutual deal. TPG Growth and The Rise Fund Make Major Investment in Greenhouse Software
