Hermetic Solutions Group has been acquired by Windjammer Capital Investors

Alight to acquire Workday and Cornerstone OnDemand Business from Wipro
Bangalore, India and Lincolnshire, Illinois – 27th February 2019 - Wipro Limited, a global information technology, consulting and business process services company, and Alight Solutions, a technology-enabled health, wealth and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions comapny, have agreed to expand their relationship by signing a definitive agreement to divest Wipro’s Workday and Cornerstone OnDemand business to Alight for cash consideration of up to USD110 million. Following the closing of the 10-year agreement, previously announced in September 2018, Alight and Wipro continue to explore additional strategic opportunities and possible alignment of portfolios based on their respective strengths. “This acquisition enhances both the depth and breadth of our HCM solutions, one of Alight’s fastest-growing businesses. Quorum Software Acquires Coastal Flow Measurement, Inc. and Flow-Cal, Inc.
Houston - 26th February, 2019 – Quorum Software, a Thoma Bravo portfolio company and the leader in digital transformation for the oil and gas industry, has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Houston-based Coastal Flow Measurement inc, a family of energy measurement services and software companies, including its information services and technologies subsidiary, Flow-Cal, Inc. Thoma Bravo to acquire ConnectWise
TAMPA, Fla., Feb. 25, 2019 - ConnectWise has announced its pending acquisition by Thoma Bravo, LLC, a private equity investment firm.  Thoma Bravo’s software expertise, extensive track record and deep capital will enable ConnectWise to pursue a strategy focused on organic growth and strategic acquisitions.  The transaction was expected to close on Feb. 28.  After the transaction is completed, ConnectWise founder and CEO Arnie Bellini will transition into an advisory role, and current president and COO, Jason Magee, will become CEO of the company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. “Five years ago, we began exploring all of the financial options to accelerate the ConnectWise mission and our partners’ success. Thoma Bravo was the clear and obvious choice over an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and seven other private equity firms,” Arnie Bellini said. “Thoma Bravo is the premier investor in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology. Verisk to Acquire SAP’s Content as a Service (CaaS) Business to Strengthen Partnership
Jersey City, New Jersey and Walldorf, Germany 25th February 2019 - Verisk, a data analytics provider, and SAP SE, have announced they have entered into a strategic partnership to co-develop the next generation of product compliance solutions. The partnership agreement is strengthened by Verisk signing a definitive agreement to acquire SAP’s Content as a Service (CaaS) business, which includes the Environmental Health and Safety Regulatory Content (ERC) and Environmental Health and Safety Regulatory Documentation (ERD) teams and data assets. The business will become part of Verisk 3E, a Verisk business focused on providing intelligent compliance solutions in the environmental health and safety (EHS) and product compliance space. The acquisition significantly accelerates Verisk 3E’s efforts to become the premier provider of integrated content, expertise, and services for the EHS and product compliance industry and expedites its growth strategy.
