Clearlake Capital to Acquire Dude Solutions 

Santa Monica, Calif. and CARY, NC - 3rd May 2019 - Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. has announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Dude Solutions , a software-as-a-service provider of operations management solutions, from Warburg Pincus. The Company will continue to be led by the Chief Executive Officer, Ed Roshitsh, and the current management team, who are investing alongside Clearlake in the transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed. Dude Solutions provides cloud-based operations management software that automates mission-critical enterprise asset management workflows such as work order, inventory, energy, capital planning, facility scheduling, and community development. Dude Solutions provides an end-to-end SaaS solution for its over 12,000 clients in the education, government, healthcare and manufacturing verticals. Hansen Technologies acquires Sigma Systems for AU$166.2M
Victoria, Australia - 1st May 2019 - Hansen Technologies, an Australian company specialising in billing, data management and customer care solutions for the Energy, Water, Pay-TV and Telecommunications industries has announced its acquisition of Sigma Systems, a company which provides catalog-driven software to the communications, media and high-tech sectors. Upon closing of the sale, Hansen will acquire full ownership of Sigma Systems. Hansen Technologies is a publicly traded company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. Dynamo Software Acquires Preqin Solutions

Internet Brands’ Autodata Solutions to Be Acquired by Thoma Bravo
Los Angeles – 30th April 2019 - MH Sub I, LLC dba Internet Brands, a KKR portfolio company, has announced that it has reached an agreement with private equity investment firm, Thoma Bravo, LLC, under which Thoma Bravo will acquire Internet Brands’ Autodata Solutions Group. Terms of the transaction were not made public. Accenture to expand Industry X.0 capabilities with acquisition of Zielpuls to create smart products and services for carmakers
Kronberg and Munich – 30th April 2019 – Accenture has entered into an agreement to acquire Zielpuls, a technology consultancy headquartered in Germany. The acquisition will bolster the capabilities of Accenture Industry X.0 in the design of smart products and services for automotive companies and will be expanded to support clients in the medical technology, industrial equipment and high-tech industries.
